An annual general meeting has been summoned on 11th September at 11 am..
All CWTTs are requested to attend the meeting in order to discuss the following agenda..
1) to speed up the approval procedure of pending cases.
2) to speed up the procedure of financial claim for which format IV has been submitted.
3) to take decision regarding the registration of association.
Venue will be updated in the blog as soon as it is decided.

All CWTTs are requested to mail their name and phone no.(College-wise),so that association could inform them regarding their approval or claim.

Pending cases are now under the supervision of DPI, and Jt secretary, Higher Education Department.
All CWTTs, who have got the approval, are requested to submit Format IV along with Ten point certificate and
CWTTs, who have already sent their Format IV to Higher Education Department, must submit Ten point certificate to the concerned department.
** SUBMISSION OF TEN POINT CERTIFICATE IS ESSENTIAL.**

Today a team of CWTTs met with the Honorable Minister-In-Charge,Higher Education Dept. and Jt.Secretary to discuss the problems of pending cases encountered by CWTTs.Both of them assured the team that they will positively think about the matter.
The list of the colleges getting approval in second phase is walled up in front of the room 826.CWTTs of the concerned colleges are requested to enquire at concerned dept.al least after 15 days.

Today a team of CWTTs met with Jt. Secretary and Jt. DPI of Higher Education Dept. to request the following :
1. To speed up the approval procedure..
2. To wall up the list of the colleges getting approval..
3. To consider the pending cases as soon as possible...
They have assured that the above requests will be considered..
