Annual General Meeting of the Contractual Whole Time Teachers’ will be held on  25.08.2013 (Sunday)            at  11:00  am at Surendranath Library (Opposite of Mahadebananda College) to discuss the following agendas.

All members of Association and interested Whole time contractual Teachers  are hereby requested to attend the Annual General Meeting positively. This has been approved in the Executive Committee meeting .

Following agendas will be discussed in the Annual General Meeting.

1. Confirmation of the Proceedings of the last Annual General Meeting. 

2. Consideration of Annual report prepared (regarding activities of the association) .

3. Consideration of the latest Audit Report .

5. . Present situation of the CWTT and future movement.

6. Performance of the district committee and the executive Committee members 

7. Formation of new Body of the Association.
