    Is there any progress in self finance courses? will this govt. take any step to convert self-finance courses as regular one?

    self finance course or dept.guloke ki regular coursee convert korar kono udyog government or abpc nicche. ei whole time contractualder nie keno bhba hocche na please eder nie kicchu bhaba hok.
